A plain white shirt is an excellent colour for creating a strong contrast with black, navy or dark grey trousers and skirts.  It is also an ideal partner for denim.

After the successful launch of their swimwear collection last month in Miami, the Kardashian sisters expressed their intent to expand their business venture that will include home and accessories range and clothing line as well. Their target launch will be on 2011.

According to reports, the reality television stars have already secured a deal with Sydney-based Jupi Corporation to set up the apparel, home and accessories line.

Sisters Khloe, Kourtney and Kim have been active when it comes to their businesses aside from their television reality series. They already have a line of tanning gels and swimwear for Beach Bunny. To ramp up the interest in the swimwear line, the three sisters personally advertised the products by posing in sexy bikini in the shoots.

The upcoming line will include ready-to-wear products for women. The 2011 launch will take place in US, Australia, Germany, Canada and United Kingdom.

Surfing champion Stephanie Gilmore is expected to attend the Laureus World Sports Awards this week in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates since she has been nominated once more for the “Action Sportsperson of the Year” award. She also endorses swimwear brands and is known for her swimsuits.

The OXY Pro champion is based in Gold Coast Australia and has been one of the most prominent figures in surfing.

Gilmore just won the season-opening women’s world tour event last weekend and a victory at the ceremony doubles the fun.

The surfing hero has been nominated in this category for the past two years. However, she lost the honors to American snowboarding champion Shaun White in 2008 and surfing great Kelly Slater last year.

Her fellow nominees for this year include surfing guru Mick Fanning, windsurfer Antoine Albeau from France, skateboarder Chris Cole from the United States, wavesurfer Greg Long of the United States and cyclist Danny MacAskill of the United Kingdom.

Italian manufacturer Carvico is reportedly coming up with a new line of swimwear that’s made out of new kind of fabric – Advansa’s Biophyl.

According to reports, buyers of G string swimwear and other lingerie items will notice a difference on the feel of the product since it is using a new material that is environment-friendly.

Carvico products that are made with Biophyl will have a “Green Vision” mark, a bid to show the public that the company is committed in preserving the environment.

The mark signifies the procedures made by the company to meet the standards of eco-friendly guidelines.

The Biophyl yarns and fibers are said to be made of polyethylene terephthalate (PTT), a special polyester-like polymer. The petroleum-based glycol is now replaced with sucrose from corn, which means less reliance to petrol.

Advansa’s marketing manager Luciano Colasanto said that Biophyl offers a lot of eco-friendly possibilities to companies.

Former “Baywatch” star and model Pamela Anderson is reportedly launching a new line of bikini swimwear during the Air New Zealand Fashion Week.

New Zealand media reported that Anderson has collaborated with Richie Rich, a popular New York fashion designer, in this new and lucrative venture. Rich is known for owning the high end fashion house Heatherette.

Anderson is believed to make an appearance during the launch. She may also take the catwalk and personally wear the line that she’s endorsing. She has done this gig in her past shows in the U.S.

The Air New Zealand Fashion Week will take place from September 21 to 25 at the Viaduct Harbor in Auckland. Top fashion designers from all over the country are expected to participate in the event. The newest fashion lines on clothes and swimwear are expected to be presented during the show.

Former Miss Universe Jennifer Hawkins still has what it takes to impress the crowd as she walked down the catwalk at a recent fashion show in Brisbane.

According to reports, the beauty queen wore some of the best clothes offered by clothing retailer MYER during the store’s launch of its summer collections in Brisbane. On one occasions, she wore a sexy swimwear the immediately caught the attention of the audience.

Aside from Hawkins, there were plus-size models who strutted the store’s latest fashion line for the targeted demographic. The designs received appreciative applauses from the audience.

Another eye-catching moment at the fashion was the presence of male models who were also wearing skimpy and sexy swimwear. There were also models featuring 80s-inspired outfits and higher platform shoes.
Other stores participating in this star-studded fashion show include Cozi which is swimwear outfits designed and endorsed by Hawkins.

In an interview prior to the event, Hawkins revealed that she wears bikinis most of the time, especially during the summer and holidays. She added that sexy little dresses and flats go together whenever she goes out at night with friends and dates.

Two-time Academy Award winning actor Tom Hanks revealed that he sported a Speedo swimwear in one of the scenes of the upcoming film “Angels and Demons,” saying that it does take a “real man” to wear this and still be prepared to work.

In an interview with Radio Times, Hanks said that in the past he felt insecure about his acting, which led to lack of confidence at one point. He added that he immediately pounced on film offers just for the money. However, things changed as the years go by.

Hanks became the only the second actor in Oscars history to have lifted the Best Actor trophy for two consecutive years. The awards were for his impressive portrayals in the movie “Philadelphia” and “Forest Gump.”

This month, Hanks will be seen once more portraying the role of Robert Langdon in the movie adaptation of “Angels And Demons.” It was during then he said that he’s already toned down on the vain side, saying that he already learned to accept what he looks like.

In one of the significant scenes of the film, Hanks went swimming only wearing the Speedo swimwear.

Nicollette Sheridan, born on the 21st of November 1963, a Golden Globe-nominated American actress has become very popular for appearing in movies, television series and soap operas such as “The Sure Thing” in 1985, “Noises Off” in 1992, “Spy Hard” in 1996 and “Beverly Hills Ninja” in 1997. She has also become well-known for her appearance on Knots Landing as Paige Matheson and on Desperate Housewives as Edie Britt.

Nicollette Sheridan even became more popular after posing naked for charity ad in London Fog in March 2008. This ad also featured Michael Bolton, Sheridan’s fiancé.

However on the 25th of March 2008, Sheridan had to settle a lawsuit filed by her former manager who claimed that the actress fired him because she was trying to avoid paying a commission.

Several months after, it has been confirmed that the Michael and Nicollette engagement had ended. Just recently, the name Nicollette Sheridan created some noise again when a few weeks before her 45th birthday, she was spotted and seen prancing around the beach looking over sexy in her skimpy, sexy swimwear.

This Desperate Housewives babe showed off her figure and perfect shape in her black bikini as she played around the corners of the Malibu Beach together with his favorite circle of friends. Indeed, Sheridan has been taking her time and enjoying her single and free life after her breakup with Michael Bolton.

Dame Helen Mirren has been seen and pictured wearing this red bikni in Italy not long ago and since she is 63, her enviable curves and flat stomach were something that positively shocked the world. The bikini cannot be bought in Britain and Helen Mirren made it sell out across France.
