A popular family holiday resort in United Kingdom is now taking a more conservative stance when it comes to proper swimwear attire.
Waterpark
According to reports, the Alton Towers Resort will no longer allow men to wear skimpy swimwear such as Speedo in their premises in a bid to prevent embarrassment among other patrons of the holiday destination.
Some popular celebrities such as Ronaldo and Rod Stewart were seen in the resort in the past wearing these skimpy underwear but the times have changed.

The resort officials stated that it is now focusing on maintaining a family-friendly atmosphere which means that children can easily go around with parents no longer worrying if they get to see men wearing next to nothing.

Alton Towers Sales and Marketing Director Morwenna Angove said that it has been noticed that there’s an influx of men wearing skimpy swimwear in the past few years which prompted their Waterpark team to do something about the situation and the growing complaints among parents.

She suggested that at this point, men should start wearing more conservative swimwear such as shorts or board shorts before taking a plunge in the resort’s pools.

Former “Baywatch” star Pamela Anderson is one of the stars that will grace the New Zealand fashion week this coming September. As expected, this sexy mom will strut the catwalk in skimpy swimwear for the delight of the male audience.

The organizers revealed that Anderson will be using her own swimwear line during the event. The swimwear line is a collaboration between Anderson and friend Richie Rich. In order to keep up with pro-animal and vegetarian beliefs, the products are said to be eco-friendly and animal-friendly.

Despite this highly-anticipated appearance, Anderson’s publicist Brian Long is wondering whether the Kiwis are ready to see a celebrity in a skimpy swimwear considering that they are known to be a bit more conservative than others. He added that the swimwear might surprise some conservative individuals in the country.

He stressed afterwards that the eco-friendly theme of the line may still win the Kiwis over.

Other fashion lines that will be featured at the Fashion Week are from Kate Sylvester, Karen Walker, Zambesi and Trelise Cooper. Fashion designers from Australia such as House of EXIS and United Constructions are also expected to participate in the event.
