Start with washing your lingerie by hand. Use a lingerie wash that can be bought easily in stores, and wash them gently. Bras need to be washed in cold water so that its band’s elasticity will stay intact. If you don’t have the time to wash your intimate wear, make sure you put all your bras in a mesh lingerie bag before putting them inside the washer. After doing so, allow it to air dry– hang or lay them flat out and let them dry.

You know it is time to change bras if they begin to sag and lose its elasticity. But with proper care, you’re sure to make them last long enough.

Controversial teen bride Courtney Stodden, a.k.a. the youngster who married a 51 year old Hollywood actor, recently wore a red, white and blue bikini and put on a show of sorts while wearing a pair of skates. The 17 year old Stodden wore roller skates and danced, swayed and put on a show while wearing a sexy bikini. She did this despite being around her 51 year old husband, X Files actor Doug Hutchison. The couple was at a beach in Los Angeles.

Stodden posed provocatively and proudly showed off her svelte figure in her sexy swimwear. Her husband, on the other hand, was nearly covered from head to toe. The X Files actor wore blue jeans, a green T-shirt, black skull cap and flip flops. The actor tried several times to help his nervous wife along, clutching onto her hips to prevent her from falling.

Stodden recently just launched her racy web site. ‘The Official Site Of Courtney Stodden’ features racy snaps of the teenager as soon as you hit the home screen. The teenager appears to be lying on a bed, a white sheet covering her body.

Membership for the site if free, but for the price of $39.99, members can also obtain a signed picture of Courtney in a bikini, as well as the ability to view more racier snaps of the teen bride.

Stodden describes herself as somebody with ‘extraordinary beauty and a daring personality.’

Another Victoria’s Secret Lingerie model has showed off her bikini body. Bikini shots of the pretty Victoria’s Secret model Doutzen Kroes have hit the Internet and a lot of males (and females alike) have nothing but praises.

Kroes showed off her bikini perfect body while she was in Miami, Florida. Doutzen Kroes has returned to Miami for an encore, actually. Just a month prior, the lingerie model was already in the Sunshine State and was already spotted in sexy bikinis and swimsuits.

The 27-year-old model changed things up a wee bit from last time by trading in her black two-piece for a lighter, but no less sexier, pink bikini.

What’s more, her latest beach excursion was also a family affair as she enjoyed the sand and surf with her husband, Sunnery Jones, and the couple’s 1-year-old son, Phyllon.

A lot of lingerie models and even those models who endorse other lingerie companies and pieces have been spotted in beaches all around the country and even in areas outside the US. With winter still hitting some states in the US, a lot of swimwear endorsers choose to be at different beach locations outside America or at warmer states such as Florida and California.

A high end swimwear store has just opened in Phoenix, Arizona. A Scottsdale resident is expanding her swimwear business. She plans to do this via a new swimwear store now located at Desert Ridge Marketplace in Phoenix.

Tracy Sanders, the owner of Pebbles Swimwear at Chandler Fashion Centre, recently opened her first store in northeast Phoenix. The Desert Ridge location is next to Sunglass Hut, in the outdoor shopping centre at Loop 101 and Tatum Boulevard.

“We wanted a second location and we thought that Desert Ridge would be a great place to bring swimwear to and we live kind of close to the area,” Sanders said.

When asked how she came up with the name of the store, she said that she got inspired during a visit to Maui, Hawaii. She said she was walking along a black pebble covered beach in Hawaii.

“It hurt our feet going into the water,” Sanders recalled. “It was very memorable and very beautiful at the same time.”

The swimwear store carries swimwear not only for men and women but for children as well.

Sanders said the swimwear at the northeast Phoenix store average $100 to $125. The most popular lines include Seafolly, Hurley and Tommy Bahama. Pebbles specializes in larger cuts for women and carries up to size 24.

“We’re a little bit higher-end and so we wanted to bring that to north Phoenix. There’s a lot of swimwear in Scottsdale already. There was nothing in north Phoenix and we thought it would be nice for them,” she said.

Reality star Kim Kardashian recently flashed a photo of her wearing only a bikini top to all her nearly 13 million Twitter followers. Kardashian flashed this photo of her wearing only a bikini top last Monday and she did it via microblogging site Twitter.com

Kim Kardashian, who is best known as the star of the reality show “Keeping Up With the Kardashians,” also showed the public the new hair colour that she supposedly recently got.

While shooting a campaign for the upcoming Kardashian Kollection swimwear line, the 31-year-old reality star snapped a pic of herself posing in a cleavage-boosting bikini top.

“Photo shoot fresh! All about corals for spring swimwear,” she tweeted along with the sexy picture.

In a second image, Kardashian wears a fluffy white robe while still revealing the bright bikini. “Last shot of the day! On the set of our new Kardashian Kollection for Sears shoot!” she wrote.

Through Twitter, the reality star also later asked her Twitter followers what they thought about her lighter coloured hair. She said she got light brown highlights.

“I dyed my hair lighter yesterday! I’m loving it! New hair colour = new beginnings for me. You like?”

Kardashian is also an entrepreneur and a model. She occasionally appears on movies. Kardashian is also known for her very short lived marriage with basketball superstar Kris Humphries of the team New Jersey Nets. Humphries has since sought annulment before the court.

L Space has now released their much talked about 2012 swimwear collection. Designer Monica Wise has reportedly prepared an extensive list of lust-worthy swimwear designs that women will definitely want to include in their wardrobe. The swimwear pieces reportedly designed by Wise are ideal for the hot season and the styles couldn’t be more appealing. Colourful, seductive and uber trendy, the collection charms fashionistas and makes the list of new season must haves larger and larger, according to a press release from L Space.

The press release states that “two piece swimsuits invariably dominate the scene in terms of the swimwear trends of the year, so it’s quite natural to see a multitude of styles that match the trends. Now for women who want swimwear items that have prints on them, such as geometrical prints or water colour effects, the new swimwear 2012 collection also has these.

It is, however, important to take into account one’s body type as well as the areas that one would like to emphasize on.

An American Idol alumnus has recently landed a cover gig for a popular magazine. Twenty seven year old Katharine McPhee is looking svelte on the cover of “Self” magazine. Phee, who also just landed a big starring role in the new hit TV show “Smash,” also showcased her sexy, svelte figure by wearing swimwear on one of the photos for the said magazine.

 In an article published on the magazine, Phee shared how she stays in swimwear ready shape.

Twenty seven year old McPhee said that she arrives on set every morning at 6 a.m. ready to get in hair and makeup. But before she puts on her Marilyn Monroe wig, she eats a balanced breakfast of oatmeal and turkey bacon. McPhee’s dream breakfast? The “four cheese omelette, crispy turkey bacon, fresh OJ and wheat toast with butter and jam” from Todd English’s Ca Va.

She continues: At lunch, McPhee confesses she’d love to eat “crab cakes and fries” from Barneys, but usually has chicken and brussels sprouts.

To keep herself svelte, the young actress does a daily five-hour dance rehearsal. Despite a gruelling day, the actress – who lives with husband Nick in Manhattan – is thrilled about where life has taken her.

“I feel like a different person than I was after Idol. I get the celebrity game now – you can go from being hot to fighting to be seen,” she says. “You have to be aware of how superficial it is and that people who have written you off do eventually come back.”

And McPhee sends the message that hard work pays off. “I dreamed about this and now, because I had those dreams – and the drive – I’m actually here.”

There were 15 contestants who participated. And on the night of competition at Arena Stage, they paraded in stunning and dashing evening gowns, performed their talents and answered questions. They were scored accordingly. Swimsuit competition was the toughest. Teri had told us we had to be brutal. She told us there wouldn’t be much time to mull our decisions.
